Delivery Information

We offer delivery to Hong Kong addresses only.

DELIVERY TIMES

Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & NT - Items marked "Fast Shipping" and orderd by 10am Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day and delivery will be within a few days, depending on your delivery address.   All other items that show a lead time will be delivered separately within the time frame specified on the product details page.  If you need something urgently, please give us a call so that we can help expedite delivery.

Outlying Islands – Approximately 2 days via Hong Kong Post from date of shipping

No delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, or during extreme weather warnings (Typhoon 8 and Black Rain Storm warnings).

Please note that during busy holiday seasons e.g. Christmas, delivery times may be a little longer. 

DELIVERY OPTIONS & COSTS

We offer a number of delivery options based on your shopping cart contents and total value.  Delivery is FREE for orders over HK$200.  A cost of HK$50 will be charged for orders under HK$200

DELIVERY METHODS

Orders are delivered by courier or by Hong Kong Post for areas not accessible by courier .  You will receive a tracking number after your order is dispatched so that you can view the delivery status online.  If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us at +852 2553 8000 or support@babycentral.com.hk.  Please check your delivery status using your tracking number before you contact us for assistance.

Important Notice

  • If no-one is home then we will attempt to follow the "If not home" instructions you have provided on checkout
  • If this fails then we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number(s) supplied at checkout to make alternate arrangements
  • If this fails then the goods will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, regretfully we may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders. This charge will be at cost only.
  • If you have any concerns about our published delivery times, please email us at support@babycentral.com.hk and we will do our best to accommodate you

We cannot accept responsibility for goods left at the customer's request.

FAQ 

How do I know when an item will be dispatched?  

The dispatch time for all our products depends on the availability of the product as shown on the individual product pages (e.g. "Fast Shipping" or "Ships in 1-3 days").

How can I check the status of my delivery?

You will be sent a tracking number for all your deliveries so that you can track your parcel at your own convenience.

I've received my delivery but some items are missing....

Please check the lead time of the products you ordered to determine the expected delivery date for the missing items in your basket.  If you still believe that there are items missing, please contact us on +852 2553 8000.
