We offer delivery to Hong Kong and international locations. Please scroll down to find out more.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & NT - Items marked "Fast Shipping" and orderd by 10am Monday-Friday will normally be packed and given to our couriers within a few hours.  Our couriers will do their best to deliver to you same day, however, this is NOT GUARANTEED and you should allow up to 1-2 business days for delivery.  If you need something urgently, please give us a call so that we can help expedite delivery.

Outlying Islands – Approximately 2 days via Hong Kong Post from date of shipping

For items NOT marked "Fast Shipping", you will be advised of the estimated delivery date during check out.

No delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, or during extreme weather warnings (Typhoon 8 and Black Rain Storm warnings).

Please note that during busy holiday seasons e.g. Christmas, delivery times may be a little longer. 

DELIVERY OPTIONS & COSTS

We offer a number of delivery options based on your shopping cart contents and total value.  Delivery is FREE for orders over HK$200.  A cost of HK$50 will be charged for orders under HK$200

SELF PICKUP
You may choose to collect your order from our office at 2A Yan's Tower, 25-27 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Aberdeen. PLEASE NOTE: only items marked "Fast Shipping" will be available for collection on the same day. If you have products in your basket that are not marked "Fast Shipping", we will call you to notify you when they are ready for collection.

DELIVERY METHODS
Orders are delivered by Yamato, Hong Kong Post or our own private couriers.  You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched so that you can view the delivery status online.  If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us at +852 2553 8000 or support@babycentral.com.hk.  Please check your delivery status using your tracking number before you contact us for assistance.

Important Notice

  • If no-one is home then we will attempt to follow the "If not home" instructions you have provided on checkout
  • If this fails then we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number(s) supplied at checkout to make alternate arrangements
  • If this fails then the goods will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, regretfully we may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders. This charge will be at cost only.
  • If you have any concerns about our published delivery times, please email us at support@babycentral.com.hk and we will do our best to accommodate you

We cannot accept responsibility for goods left at the customer's request.

 

International Delivery

International deliveries are sent using Hong Kong Post - Speedpost or TNT. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched so that you can view the delivery status online.  If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us at +852 2553 8000 or support@babycentral.com.hk

Postage is charged at cost at checkout and is calculated by weight and destination. Please visit www.hongkongpost.hk for full details of postage costs to your country.

Important Information About International Deliveries

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from any of our websites, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country

You agree to indemnify SLAC Ventures Limited for any and all costs, fees and expenses incurred by SLAC Ventures Limited as a result of the violation of any local, state or federal laws or regulations or from tendering any prohibited item for shipment.

FAQ 

How do I know when an item will be dispatched?  

The dispatch time for all our products depends on the availability of the product as shown on the individual product pages (e.g. "Fast Shipping" or "Ships in 1-3 days").

How can I check the status of my delivery?

You will be sent a tracking number for all your deliveries so that you can track your parcel at your own convenience.

I've received my delivery but some items are missing....
